Use of the website

You may use the website for personal, lawful, non-commercial purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the service, interfere with other visitors, reverse-engineer security mechanisms, or use the site for unlawful activity.

Game and scores

Feather Dash uses fictional points only. Points have no monetary value, cannot be purchased, exchanged or redeemed, and do not represent a prize or financial product. Local best scores may be stored in your browser.

Availability

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time. The website is provided “as is” without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Intellectual property

Original site design, text, branding and game code on this website are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party platform, browser and device names remain the property of their respective owners.

Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the site.

Changes

These Terms may be updated when the website or applicable requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Privacy note

This version of the site does not require registration. The mini-game stores only your best score locally in your browser using localStorage. If analytics, advertising, contact forms, cookies or other third-party services are added later, the privacy disclosures should be updated before deployment.
